Purpose: Gator Royale serves as our largest fundraising effort for the year. The funds generated from this event enable us to provide our students with vital services, staff and supplies that would otherwise not be available. Some examples include keeping our computer lab up and running, funding a library technician, hiring yard duty monitors, providing educational field trips, and, even the purchase of everyday school supplies - you get the picture; these funds are not for luxury items but for necessary learning and safety for our kids.
How Gator Royale works:
Our parent and community volunteers and school faculty pull together a fun filled evening with delicious foods, wines, and access to silent and live auction items – featuring rare wines, as well as one-of-a-kind experiences and services. In 2012, our event was held at the Embassy Suites in Napa. It was agreat success and a lot of fun!
How can you get involved?
We never thought you’d ask! There are several ways to get involved, including being an Event Sponsor, donating an In-Kind Donation of a service or item, attend the event. Any one, or all of the above, will help us toward our goal.
Another way to be involved is by volunteering. This event is only possible with the help of volunteers – so please let us know if you are interested and we’ll find the right job for you.
